Automatic PET Blowing Machine JS-600
Automatic PET blowing machine JS-600 is controlled by Mitsubishi (Japan) computer control system, thus the performance is very stable. Automatic PET blowing machine JS-600 is suitable for blowing carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, pesticide bottles, cosmetics bottles and other packing containers, with maximum blowing capacity of 5L.
Characteristics of Automatic PET Blowing Machine JS-600:
A. Automatic PET blowing machine uses infrared lamps to heat and utilizes aluminum to reflect with high penetrating power. Bottle parison rotates by itself to heat. The height of reflective plate is adjustable to adapt different bottle parison. In addition, frequency converter can control temperature automatically.
B. Each action is driven by imported brand-name cylinders, so it’s such advantages as: stability and durability, reliability, pollution-free, low noise.

D. Air passage divides actions and blowing into two parts to meet different pressure of blowing and movements.
